By accessing or using 247 Sales ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

247 Sales is an AI-powered B2B sales operating system that provides automated email and social media outreach, lead management, sequence automation, and AI-assisted communication features. The Service uses artificial intelligence to learn your communication style and assist with sales activities.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Violate any laws or regulations (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate email content and responses. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated communications before they are sent. We recommend enabling approval workflows for sensitive communications.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

Usage limits (leads, accounts, etc.) are enforced based on your subscription tier. Exceeding limits may result in service restrictions until you upgrade.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service, including training AI models on anonymized and aggregated data patterns.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 247 SALES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
