Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the 247 Sales platform and services. By using 247 Sales, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use 247 Sales to:
- Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) or messages that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or other applicable laws
- Harvest, scrape, or collect email addresses or personal data without proper consent
- Impersonate another person, business, or entity
- Send deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent communications
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, or data
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
- Use the AI features to generate illegal, harmful, or discriminatory content
- Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or other technical restrictions
3. Email Sending Standards
When using 247 Sales for email outreach, you must:
- Only contact recipients who have a legitimate business relationship or have opted in to receive communications
- Include accurate sender identification and a valid physical mailing address
- Honor all unsubscribe requests promptly (within 10 business days, as required by law)
- Not use misleading subject lines or deceptive header information
- Maintain bounce rates below 5% and spam complaint rates below 0.1%
- Properly authenticate your sending domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
4. AI Usage Guidelines
When using AI-powered features, you agree to:
- Review and take responsibility for all AI-generated content before sending
- Not use the AI to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or discriminatory
- Not attempt to manipulate or bypass AI safety measures
- Provide accurate training data for voice profile features
- Understand that AI-generated content may require human review and editing
5. Data Usage and Privacy
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the legal basis to upload and process contact data
- Complying with all applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Obtaining appropriate consent before importing contacts into the system
- Keeping your contact lists accurate and up-to-date
- Not uploading sensitive personal data (health, financial, etc.) unless specifically authorized
6. Resource Usage Limits
Each subscription tier includes specific usage limits for leads, emails, AI calls, and sequences. You may not attempt to circumvent these limits through any means, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated tools to bypass rate limits, or exploiting system vulnerabilities. Exceeding your tier's limits will result in service restrictions until you upgrade.
7. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning notification and request to remedy the violation
- Temporary suspension of your account or specific features
- Permanent termination of your account
- Reporting to law enforcement where required by law
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation and to take appropriate action at our discretion.
8. Reporting Violations
If you believe someone is violating this policy, please report it to abuse@247sales.io. Include as much detail as possible, including any relevant screenshots or evidence.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
